OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
For clarity, the two (2) Prizes mentioned in any advertisement, website including within these Rules are available to be won amongst all participating NISSANTM dealers within the provinces of Ontario (see Appendix “A” below). The odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received amongst all participating NISSANTM dealers in Ontario on or before the Contest Closing Date.

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL CANADIAN RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE OR LEASING A VEHICLE WILL NOT IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in this Contest via a mobile device. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES: By completing and submitting an entry into this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules (the "Rules").

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest commences at 9:00:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. EST on March 31, 2026, (the "Contest Period"). The Contest closes at 11:59:59 P.M. EST on March 31, 2026 (the "Contest Closing Date").
3.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal Canadian residents who reside within the Province of Ontario at the time of entry and awarding of a prize if applicable; who have reached the legal age of majority within the Province of Ontario; and have a valid email account. The two (2) eligible winners must hold a valid driver’s license within the Province of Ontario including the requirements in Section 10 below. You are not eligible to participate if you are an employee, officer, director, representative or agent (or someone with whom any such person is domiciled, whether related or not, or a member of their respective immediate family) of NISSANTM Canada Inc., participating NISSANTM Dealers within the Province of Ontario as listed in Appendix "A" below, (the group is collectively referred as “NISSANTM Ontario”) and collectively with NISSANTM Canada Inc., referred as the "Sponsors"), Read Me Now Marketing Inc. (the "Contest Administrator"), and their subsidiaries, affiliates, prize supplier, advertising/promotion agencies, dealers or any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively with the Sponsors, the "Contest Parties"). Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses, and commercial/non-commercial entities cannot participate. For clarity, “immediate family” means mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and/or legal or common-law spouse. The information you provide will be used for the administration of this Contest. Please refer to Privacy Policy section 11.x below to learn more or how we handle your personal information.

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, scan the participating NISSANTM Ontario dealer QR code found on any promotional or advertising material which will direct you to the participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers Contest entry form page or visit https://sentra.nissangiveaway.ca/no-purchase, to enter without scanning a QR code. NOTE: If you enter without scanning a QR code you may be asked to select the closest participating NISSANTM Ontario dealer.
Reminder: There is a limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period regardless of how many advertisements you may see or participating dealerships that are near your home location.
Complete the on-line entry form with:
i.
Entering your first and last name, daytime telephone number including area code; email address; and complete mailing address including your postal code.
ii.
Provide us with your personal answers in order to assist the participating NISSANTM Ontario dealer in understanding what type of vehicle you presently drive and if you own or lease your vehicle along with any other mandatory survey question(s) that may be generated based on your answers.
iii.
Check the box to confirm that you have reached the age of majority in the Province of Ontario and that you have read the Official Rules of this Contest and agree to abide by the Official Rules.

Optional: Check the box if you would like to start receiving updates and news including exclusive offers, product releases, and vehicle highlights, events and more by email or SMS from your participating NISSANTM Ontario dealership and NISSANTM Canada. (IMPORTANT NOTE: It is not necessary to opt-in to receive promotional communications from your participating NISSANTM Ontario dealership and NISSANTM Canada, and doing so will not increase or otherwise impact your chances of winning in this Contest. You can opt-out of receiving promotional communications from your participating NISSANTM Ontario dealership and/or NISSANTM Canada at any time without impacting your chances of winning in this Contest).

Select "Submit" to submit your completed Entry Form (the "Entry"). To be eligible, your Entry must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.

Upon receipt of an Entry, you will receive a webpage stating "Thank you for entering" message. Within this webpage your preferred NISSANTM Ontario dealer may offer you an exclusive offer that is in no way tied or linked to this Contest. If you wish to participate in this exclusive NISSANTM dealer offer please follow the steps requested within the offer section.

Your personal (information that you provided will only be used for the administration of this Contest unless you opted in to receive future communication from your participating NISSANTM Ontario dealer and NISSANTM Canada.
All QR codes and all website address will no longer be valid once the Contest has closed.
5.
ENTRY LIMITS: There is a limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period regardless of how many advertisements you may see or participating dealerships that you may choose to visit during the Contest Period. For clarity a person can only use one (1) email account to enter the Contest and that person can only enter once (1) amongst all participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers. All personal information provided must be truthful and accurate. If it is discovered by the Contest Administrator (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Contest Administrator) that any person has attempted to: (i) obtain more than one (1) entry; (ii) and/or use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, or any other system(s) or program(s) and/or any other means not in keeping with the interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator. Your entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator) the entry is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Rules. The Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries and/or other information (all of which is void).
6.
VERIFICATION: All entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Administrator including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual's eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Contest Administrator deem necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Contest Administrator within the timeline specified by the Contest Administrator may result in disqualification of the entrant and his/her Entry in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator. Proof of transmission (post-marks, screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of a submission or of attempted submission of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Contest computers and Contest Administrator. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official timekeeping device(s) used by the Contest Administrator.
7.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There are two (2) Prizes (each a "Prize") available to be won during the Contest Period and amongst all participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers. Each Prize consists of a two (2) year lease of a 2026 NISSANTM Sentra® S vehicle with a total of 32,000km during the lease term (based on a use of 16,000km per year). The approximate retail value of each Prize including applicable taxes on the vehicle, provincial sales tax; freights, AC tax, OMVIC Fee, tire tax; environment fee, administration fees including pre-delivery inspection charges is $11,412.00 CAD (based on cost provided 30 days prior to the start of the Contest). Alternatively the winner could apply the $11,412.00 CAD value towards the purchase of a new 2026 NISSANTM vehicle of his/her choice.

Each vehicle color will be fresh powder which has been pre-selected by NISSANTM Canada Inc., in its sole and absolute discretion. No color change permitted. The leased vehicle must be registered in the winner’s name, no name assign, transfer, or name change is permitted. Each winner will work directly with the Contest Administrator and the selected NISSANTM Ontario dealer to complete a NISSANTM lease agreement including NISSAN Canada Finance credit application including but not limited to: confirming possessing and be able to provide proof of a valid Ontario Driver’s License and be able to provide proof that he/she has sufficient vehicle insurance of: Minimum $1,000,000 liability; Maximum deductible to $1,000 and must name NISSAN Canada Finance as “additional names insured” and “Loss Payee” and qualify for a credit approval with NISSAN Canada Finance. Each confirmed winner is responsible for registration, license plates, title and license fees, insurance and all other costs incurred in registering and/or using the vehicle, which must be paid prior to the delivery of the vehicle. Each confirmed winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses not specified herein. Each confirmed winner will be responsible for any and all other expenses not specifically described above as included in the Prize including but not limited to adequate insurance coverage on the Prize pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement, licensing, registration, gas consumption, maintenance, excess wear and tear, and/or excess mileage. If the confirmed winner leased vehicle has more than 32,000 kilometres on the vehicle when returning the vehicle at the end of its lease term, the confirmed winner will be responsible for paying such charges at the pre-determined 10cents per kilometer rate. Upon receipt of the signed Release Form as defined in Rule 10, including completion and acceptance of NISSANTM lease agreement and NISSAN Canada Finance credit application each confirmed winner will be required to accept delivery of vehicle within sixty (60) days at the selected NISSANTM Ontario dealership as designated by the Contest Administrator in its sole and absolute discretion. If, for any reason, the vehicle cannot be delivered within the sixty (60) day period, the NISSANTM Ontario dealer will notify the confirmed winner and will provide the confirmed winner with an update on when the vehicle is expected to be delivered. The Released Parties are not responsible for any costs associated with a confirmed winner's transportation to/from the selected NISSANTM Ontario dealership for delivery. Each selected NISSANTM Ontario dealer makes no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to the Prize. The manufacturer’s standard vehicle warranty applies to the Prize.
If the winner elects to purchase a new 2026 NISSANTM vehicle of his/her choice in lieu of the 2 year lease of a 2026 NISSANTM Sentra S, the winner will be responsible for all associated costs over and above the $11,412.00 CAD including applicable taxes on the vehicle, provincial sales tax; freights, AC tax, OMVIC Fee, tire tax; environment fee, administration fees including pre-delivery inspection charges, registration, license plates, tile and licence fees, insurance and all other costs incurred in registering and/or using the vehicle which must be paid prior to the delivery of the purchased NISSANTM vehicle. The purchase vehicle must be purchased and registered in the winner’s name. If financing is required the winner must either finance the vehicle through NISSANTM Canada Finance or through another party at his/her discretion.
No winner is entitled to any monetary difference between actual Prize value and the estimated approximate retail value of each Prize stated herein.
If a confirmed winner elects to add any other options to the lease vehicle or upgrades the model of the vehicle, all associated costs for adding any such options or upgrading the vehicle, will be at the winner’s sole expense. Each confirmed winner will be required to provide to the participating NISSANTM dealer selected by the Contest Administrator with an acceptable means of payment for these upgrades.
NOTE: If an eligible winner has purchased a NISSANTM vehicle or leased a NISSANTM vehicle during the Contest Period or prior to the Contest there is no cash alternative available to the eligible winner and/or confirmed winner. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable or convertible to cash. If for any reason the selected entrant is not willing to accept the Prize as awarded he/she must forfeit his/her rights to the Prize without liability to the Release Parties.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash. No substitutions are permitted except at NISSANTM Canada Inc., sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Prize or a component thereof with an item or items of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at NISSANTM Canada Inc., sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. By accepting a Prize, each confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if his/her Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. Each confirmed winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.
None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from the Sponsors or any of the other Released Parties should his/her Prize fails to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting the Prize, each confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsors and all the other Released Parties if the Prize does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.
8.
WINNERS SELECTION PROCESS AND ODDS OF WINNING: A random draw will be held in Beamsville, ON at approximately 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on April 13, 2026 (the “Draw Date”), to select two (2) eligible entries received amongst all participating NISSANTM Ontario dealerships (as defined in Appendix “A” below) on or before the Contest Closing Date. An eligible entry is defined as an Entry submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. The odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. There is a limit one (1) Prize per household.
9.
ELIGIBLE WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES: A designated representative of the Contest Administrator will attempt to contact each eligible winner by email and/or telephone (using the information provided on the Entry Form) within five (5) business days of the Draw Date. If attempts to reach an eligible winner are made by telephone the call attempts will be made between 9:00 A.M. EST and 7:00 P.M. EST Monday to Friday. No voice messages will be left if the call is not answered. It is the responsibility of any entrant to check their email account after the Draw Date including their inbox, spam, junk, promotional, social or other folders their email provider may push emails to. The Contest Parties will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact any eligible winner. If any eligible winner cannot be contacted as outlined above, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then such eligible winner will be disqualified without any liability to the Contest Parties whatsoever (and the disqualified eligible winner will have no claim against the Contest Parties with respect to the Contest and the Prize) and the Contest Administrator reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible winner from among the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner). This process will be repeated until such time as there are two (2) confirmed winners. The Contest Parties are not responsible for the failure of an eligible winner to receive notification or other communications concerning this Contest or for the failure for any reason whatsoever of the Contest Administrator, to receive the eligible winner’s response or other communications from the eligible winner concerning this Contest.
10.
WINNERS CONFIRMATION / ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE: NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE CONTEST ADMINISTRATOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. BEFORE BEING DECLARED A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, each eligible winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator, be administered by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsors Declaration of Compliance / Release of Liability and Consent to Publicity Form (the “Release Form”); and (b) print, hand sign and return within five (5) business days of notification the Release Form, which (among other things); (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) confirms the ability to provide proof that he/she has a valid Ontario driver’s license and able to provide insurance for the Prize as defined in Section 7 above including acceptance by NISSAN Canada Finance of the lease agreement and credit application; (iv) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; (v) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city/province, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of any participating NISSANTM Ontario dealer in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet (including, but not limited to, any social media platforms). If an eligible winner (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, (b) fails to return the properly executed Release Form within the specified time frame; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Contest Administrator in their sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).
11.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
i.
All entries become the property of the applicable participating NISSANTM Ontario dealership. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. The decisions of the Contest Parties with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries and/or entrants. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE CONTEST PARTIES TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE CONTEST PARTIES AT ANY TIME.

The Released Parties will not be liable for; (i) any failure of the entry platform(s) and/or Website; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website: (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (vi) any combination of the above.
iii.
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the Contest Administrator and Contest Parties reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to deem the entry to have been submitted by the individual identified on the Entry and is the authorized account holder of the email address and telephone number provided at the time of entry "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an email address or telephone number by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address or telephone number. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Contest Administrator and Contest Parties, including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address and/or telephone number associated with the entry in question.
iv.
The Contest Administrator with the consent of all participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of all participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by all of the participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers and Contest Administrator in their sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; all of the participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers and Contest Administrator reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Contest Administrator with the consent of all participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

With the consent of all participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers, the Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Contest Administrator, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Entry and/or other information with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Contest Administrator, in their sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: Entry Form, the website, point of sale materials, social media platforms, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of a participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers or any other Contest Party; the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Headings used in these Rules are solely for ease of reference and shall not be deemed or considered to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Rules or any provision hereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, all of the participating NISSANTM Ontario dealers or any of the other Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.

This Contest is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating in this Contest you agree to a complete release of Meta Platforms Inc., from any claims and liability arising out of your participation in the Contest.

By participating and submitting an Entry, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Administrator's, storing, sharing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest. Any participant who submitted an Entry and indicated that they may have an interest in purchasing or leasing a NISSANTM vehicle, their personal information submitted will be shared by the Contest Administrator with their preferred NISSANTM dealer. Any participant who chose to “opt in” to receiving future marketing or promotional email communications from their preferred NISSANTM dealer, their personal information submitted will be shared by the Contest Administrator with their preferred NISSANTM dealer. Any participant can “unsubscribe” anytime by either selecting the “unsubscribe” button in any given email or if you are receiving text messages reply with “STOP”.
